- 3120-01-210-1757, Plain Rod End Bearing. This is a part number item, Sargent Controls & Aerospace DBA Kahr Bearing Division (97613), part number KBDE12-250W. See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). Critical Item. Requested delivery of 121 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This RFP will be solicited as a fixed price long term contract (Indefinite Quantity Contract) with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity will be 40 with a guaranteed minimum of 10. Solicitation issue date is 18 May, 2004.
