- Description
- The U.S. Department of State has a requirement for professional accounting and audit services, on an indefinite quantity delivery order basis, on the programs, activities and functions of the United States Department of State. The contract is to run for a base year and four- (4) one-year options. The Government anticipates multiple awards from this solicitation. This requirement is a partial set-aside; at a minimum of one or more awards will be made to responsive/responsible 8(a) firms and at a minimum of two or more awards will be made to responsive/responsible small business firms. This is provided that their proposals are overall technically acceptable and reasonably priced. Large businesses may submit proposals but there is no award guarantee. The NAICS Code is 541211 and a size standard of $7 million. Contractor(s) awarded a contract must be capable of obtaining a security clearance. Please note no hardcopies will be mailed out. No facsimile or electronic proposals will be accepted. The Government intends to release this solicitation on or about July 7, 2003.
