Procurement will be a SET-ASIDE FOR NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN/ALASKAN NATIVE OWNED FIRMS under the "Buy Indian Act", 25 U.S.C. 47., Section 7(b) of PL 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e). Native American Indian firms bidding under this Act must self-certify that they are eligible under the "Buy Indian Act". PROJECT PIR 15 (21) - Crack Cleaning and Sealing, Miscellaneous Pavement Milling, Hot Asphalt - Rubber Chip Seal Coat with a Final Fog Seal at Select Areas, Hot Asphalt - Rubber Concrete Overlay and Pavement Markings on 19.175 Miles of Route 15 on the Tohono O'odham Nation Reservation, Pinal County, Arizona. Project site is approximately 75 miles South of Phoenix, AZ, on the the Tohono O'odham Nation Reservation.
