- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate non-competitively with the American Fisheris Society to promote scientific research and encourage comprehensive education for fisheries scientists and continuing on-the job training. The program is scheduled for the summer beginning in June 2004 and ending August 2004. This requirement will be awarded under the Federal Acqusition Regulation, Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
