- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to procure on a sole-source basis with Rentfrow Inc, of Phoenix, Arizona for the E-2C Hawkeye, Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The parts included in this procurement are the following: quantity of two (2) Diesel Power Hydro Mite Landing Gear Strut Service Stand, P/N HM-GT1-CD, NSN 4320-01-437-8381 and one lot of its associated spare parts. The Hydro Mite services aircraft without spillage and loss of hydraulic fluid. It is a single integrated unit that delivers fluid and nitrogen through one connection. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The delivery for the above listed part numbers shall be 120 days after receipt of order (ARO) depending on the part number. Delivery will be best commercial practice via freight forwarder. Please reference N68335-04-P-0445 in your quote. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
