- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex has a requirement to purchase polyurethane, polyester bags, green, 0.008 inch thick x 28 inches wide x 44 inches long. The complete specifications will be provided with the solicitation package. This requirement will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The request for quotation number is N00181-04-Q-E033. The NAICS is 325211 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Receiving Officer, Bldg. 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Inspection and acceptance is at Destination. Requests for solicitation package will be accepted via express mail or regular mail only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All requests shall be addressed to: FISC, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, Attention: Code 532.1H, J. Nichols, Bldg. 1500, 2nd Floor, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. IMPORTANT NOTICE: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration and DFAR 252.204-7004 Alt A applies. Numbered note 1 applies.
