- This effort is for PATRIOT CONUS Organizational Activity Interface (OAI) Support of all current CONUS PATRIOT Battalions. OAI personnel will conduct training and provide training support to the battalions. This effort will be a modification to cont ract DAAH01-03-C-0015. It will be sole source to: Raytheon Systems Company, 180 Hartwell Road, Bedford, MA 01730, the designer and manufacturer of the PATRIOT weapon system.
