Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for procurement of non-lethal ammunition for the "Venom" system. The required delivery time for this effort is May 7, 2004. MARCORSYSCOM intends to award a sole source contract to Combined Systems, Incorporated, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, New York. Combined Systems is the designer and manufacturer of this type of ammunition and, as such, is the only contractor capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement to deliver within the required delivery period.
