- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to the Center for Internet Security, a not-for-profit organization, PO Box 433, Hershey, PA 17033. DISA has a requirement for Enterprise License for security configuration benchmarks and scoring tools software. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 noon May 3, 2004 US EST via email to stenerst@ncr.disa.mil or fax to Terry Stenerson at ((703) 681-0346. Email communications only. Award is anticipated on or after May 3, 2004. See Note 22. See attached requirement.
