Description

Janitorial and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the U.S. Border Stations in Madawaska, Van Buren and Ft. Kent, Maine. This procurement is 100% HUBZone set-aside. The NIACS code for this procurement is 561210. The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, sub-contractors, materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services within the contract. The Contractor is fully responsible for providing customer service, janitorial services, mechanical operations and maintenance, incidental repairs, minor repairs, quality control, value engineering, etc. This is a performance based commercial item acquisition.
