- Offutt Air Force Base wishes to have three ball fields repaired. This solicitation is 100% set aside for HUB ZONE concerns. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 and the small business size standard is $28,500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive HUB ZONE offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov/. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to USAF Offices, Air Combat Command, 55 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote in. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 28 April 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents as all documents will be posted on this website.. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Telephone requests will not be honored. A site visit is scheduled for 30 April 2004 at 0930 at the Offutt AFB Ball Field Fourplex.
