Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt (Public Debt) intends to issue a solicitation to acquire information technology (IT) cable installation services on a labor-hour basis, for a base period and four one-year option periods. These services are to be provided at Public Debt buildings in Parkersburg, WV and the commuting area. Services will be for the purpose of making adds, moves, removes and changes to Public Debt’s existing cabling infrastructure, on a recurring/as-needed basis. The Government will provide all materials. A resident on-site technician is not required; however, in recognition of the advantages of an on-site technician, the Government will accommodate the Contractor’s needs for reasonable workspace if an on-site technician is proposed and accepted. This acquisition is being set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only. The North American Classification code for this solicitation is 238210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $12.0 million. Numbered note 27 is applicable. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
