- Description
- The Department of the Treasury, Headquarters Bureau, located at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW., is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to maintain and repair twelve (12) elevators and four (4) lifts located in the Main Treasury building and Treasury Annex. Period of Performance is Date of Award through 9-30-2005 with four (4) one year options. This procurement is set aside for any responsible Small Business. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 238290 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Interested parties may request the proposal from the Contracting Officer, Daniel P. Alderman, through email requests at dan.alderman@do.treas.gov. The Request for Proposals will be released on or about May 10, 2004. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted on or about May 25, 2004. The time and place for the conference will be announced in the RFP. Questions and/or clarification requests related to the RFP shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer by email at dan.alderman@do.treas.gov by May 19, 2004 and will be addressed at the pre-proposal conference. Treasury will use the questions and clarification requests to determine if changes to the RFP will be necessary. Proposals shall be required on or about Jun 10, 2004.
