- This project consists of the development of a helicopter fish strainer to be used in association with wildland firefighting for lake and river application and used in conjunction with helicopter dipping operations. Government estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contract is one year with 4 one year options. MUST BID ON BASE YEAR AND ALL OPTIONS. Naics Code 333999. Small Business size standard 500 employees. There will be no pre-work meeting. Offers are due by NOON 12:00(pm) May 25, 2004. Contractors must be registered with Central Contractors Registery (CCR) before award can be made. Registration can be done online http://ccr.gov..
