- Description
- CH2M Hill invites bids from firms which have professional experience, reputation, financial resources to supply and install computer hardware, software, networking equipment and audio visual equipment for the WWSPR project in Cairo, Egypt. The required hardware includes: Pentium IV desktop computers (45), Pentium IV Notebooks (5), Xeon Servers (4), Laser Printers (8), Inkjet printers (2), UPS (60), Ethernet switch (6), Back-up tape drives (2), Scanners (2). The software includes: Windows 2003 server, Exchange server, Back-up software, Virus protection software, Firewall, Graphics and project management software. The audio visual equipment include Data show (1) and Digital camera (2). The successful contractor must be able to provide warranty support for all supplied equipment in Cairo, Egypt. All offered items must meet US Source and Origin requirements and be duly licensed for export and use outside the United States. The anticipated award date is July 15, 2004 and the anticipated delivery date to Cairo airport is August 30, 2004. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is available by sending an e-mail to: ppatel2@ch2m.com Subject: IFB 2004-01. Such requests for solicitation document (IFB) must be received by May 31, 2004. The e-mail request must include as attachment a brief profile of the requesting company in English in Microsoft Word or PDF format (not more than 100 KB in size).
