- Department of Veterans Affairs Visn 3 is intending to negotiate a sole source award for treatment of patients diagnosed with brian injury with Robin Hill Farm Residence. These services include Room and Board, Meals, Laundry Service, vocational, avocational and life skills training, Recreational activities and Transportation. Any company who is able to provide these services is welcome to respond to the RFP in the announcement by May 28, 2004 at 3pm.
