Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for proposals No. HC1019-04-Q-0005. This is a resolicitation of request for proposals No. HC1019-04-Q-0004, which changes the competition to unrestricted. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220, 750 employees. The Government requires maintenance services for (8)Tandberg 2500 VTC Units. There are two 2500 Codecs with part number 112006US and six 2500 with single monitors; part number 112000US. Maintenance to include free hardware/software upgrades, tele-support, and hardware repair and returns. The contractor must be factory trained and authorized to service this equipment. Delivery: FOB Destination Service Date 3 MAY 2004, Service Destination: DISA-PAC BLDG 107 WHEELER AAF, HI 96854. The contract performance is for one-year with four option periods. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001–Base Year–Maintenance Service on eight units of Tandberg 2500 Videoconferencing System; CLIN 0002–Option One–Maintenance Service on eight units of Tandberg 2500 Videoconferencing System; CLIN 0003–Option Two–Maintenance Service on eight units of Tandberg 2500 Videoconferencing System; CLIN 0004–Option Three–Maintenance Service on eight units of Tandberg 2500 Videoconferencing System; CLIN 0005-Option Four–Maintenance Service on eight units of Tandberg 2500 Videoconferencing System.
