- Description
- Solicitation SP0600-04-R-0083 for COCO Storage Services in Kabul Afghanistan (close proximity to Kabul Airport) area. Defense Fuel Support Point services are required for period beginning April 01, 2004 (request five-year contract with three (3) one-year options) are until completed. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary storage services to support approximately 32 ten thousand USG tank trucks per day. Storage Capacity: Approximately 50,000 barrels shell capacity of Government-owned petroleum product (JP8). A minimum of two (2) tanks required. Storage shall be interconnected and isolated from other petroleum products; and facility must capable of providing tank truck loading and off loading at the rate of (2) two tank trucks simultaneously. Tank Truck Fill Stand Requirements: The tank truck fill stand must be capable of spotting and loading a minimum of four tank trucks, Approximately 10,000 USG, per hour for JP8.
