Potential Offerors must submit their security qualifications to PENREN/C along with the completed experience worksheet and personnel availability data no later than 12:00 pm EST on May 10, 2004. On or about May 17, 2004, PENREN/C will issue a qualification determination notification of those Offerors whose qualifications satisfy the Government?s needs. On or about Jun 2, 2004, the RFP will be released to those Offeror?s who received the notification. At the conclusion of the source selection, on or about July 30, 2004, the Offeror that provides the best value to the Government will be issued a Firm-fixed price contract with an estimated contract value of $20M. Security Qualifications may be submitted electronically, fax, mail or hand carried. All submissions must be received by the time stated above at 100 Boundary Channel Drive, Arlington, VA in order to be considered. Those submissions received after this time will not be considered (See FAR 52.215-1 (c)(3)).
