Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, is seeking quotations with the intent of awarding a purchase order for editorial services in support of the Agency's Center for Strategic Intelligence Research (CSIR). The contractor shall support this requirement by providing one individual working on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). The majority of the work will take place on-site at building 6000, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, DC. The solicitation will be published on the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation will be available for response on or about 11 May 2004 and will be fully open to small business concerns only. The Government will furnish workspace in building 6000 to include office equipment and various materials. Work performed under the resulting purchase order will be at the Top Secret level and the assigned contractor employee must be cleared at the Top Secret level. All prospective concerns must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible to receive a DoD contract.
