- This requirement is only for FSS holders under GSA Schedule 621-I. Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA and is branch clinics currently has requirements for Cardio Thoracic Surgical Technicians and Cardiac Sonographer services under SINs 050a and 050h. Copies of the proposal requests can be downloaded from http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/fss.asp or can be requested by email at kguertin@nmlc.med.navy.mil. Email requests need to specify reference number for specific healthcare worker type. No offers will be accepted from offerors who do not hold a current FSS under GSA Schedule 621-I.
