PRON(S): AX3F0513 and AX4F0286; Quantity: Min 1812 each / Max 3890 each, 5 years of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity; NSN(S): 1615-01-082-9250; Part Number(S): 70102-08 100-044 applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Required delivery when First Article (FA)is required 1812 each 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA); When FA is not applicable 1812 each 120 DACA; Whan Alternate II is recommended 1812 each 150 DACA. This item is restr icted to the approved sources: Sikorsky Aircraft (Cage Code 78286, Rotair Industries Inc (Cage Code 54878) and Lord Corporation (Cage Code 76005) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowle dge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Deliveries are FOB origin to Texarkana, TX. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. This acquisition contain s technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United Sta tes without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
