- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis, VA, intends to make award to Royalwood Associates on a sole-source, non-competitive basis for material and services to provide Conner Sports Flooring RezillSle eper system and installation to include sanding, sealing, and finishing, painting the floor in Building 6008, Fort Lee, VA. 6 mil polyethylene vapor retarder over concrete slab 1 inch x 3 inches x 96 inches, engineered wood sleepers, spaced 9 inches on ce nter, with 7/16 thick resilient pads attached to underside of sleeper. 25.32 inch x 2 1/4 second and better grade MF-MA-RL northern hard maple flooring. Contractor will sand, seal, and finish floor. Contractor will paint three basketball courts - 1 full regulation size court with coaches box, and two side courts. MWR customer will remove the existing floor and provide clean and smooth concrete slab subfloor. Specifications for flooring have prior approval from DEL.
