- McGuire Air Force Base, NJ intends to lease a 7 passenger van - color dark blue for a base period of 4 1/2 months, from mid May 2004 till 30 September 2004, with 4 option year periods to extend. Solicitation will be posted at the same time as this notice and offers will be due on 11 May 2004, NLT 4:30 PM eastern time.
