- Provide mail and messenger services for the office of Financial Management(OFM) for one basic twelve month period with options to renew for four successive twelve month periods in accordance with the specifications and standards cited in the soliciatation. The contractor shall be responsible for sorting, date stamping, and routing incoming and outgoing mail for external and internal sources. Delivering mail to individuals within the OFM. Picking up outgoing material, sorting and processing this material for external sources and providing special messenger service runs on the NIH's campus using a Government vehicle.
