- The U.S.Department of Agriculture(USDA) Visual Communication Center is seeking a full service support services of an experienced exhibit design agency to provide a unique blend of coordination,planning, concept development and leadership facilitation, as well as the usual supportive creative and production services. The resulting contract shall be an indefinite delivery-indefinite quanitity requirements type contract as identified in clause 52.216-21 requirements(October 1995). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the this contract with a one year base and a four year option; Small Business Set-Aside; Standard Industrial Code 541810; size standard $5 million. The Government intends to select and award a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) contracts to the highest qualified firms based on evaluation criteria describe within. All small business. The purpose of this contract is to provide rapid high-end-quality project development and execution of Visitor Center & Museum Design in support of legislated program information activities. Independently and not as an agent of the Government, Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment tools, materials, supervision, facilities (except as otherwise specified in this contract) and other items and services necessary to perform as defined in the Scope of Work and Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work may be partial or completed turnkey depending and specialty needs of the project. USDA Visual Communication Center shall provide design direction, standards and general specifications to follow. USDA Visual Communications Center uses the Macintosh computer platform, computer aided work produced by the contractor must be usable by Macintosh. The solicitation will be available and distributed solely through the Government Point of Entry (GPE) Federal Business Opportunities web site http://fedbizopps.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation/amendments will be distributed solely through the web site. Interested parties must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with USDA.
