This ia a Long Term Contract with 1 Base year and 4 potential Option years, to be exercised at the Government's discretion. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 11 May 04 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp . This is a 100% HUBZone Set Aside . All responsible sources, fitting the Small Business Administration?s HUBZone criteria, may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered . See notes 26, and 27. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price , delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation.
