- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, testing and supervision required in performing all operations in conjunction with backflow prevention installation in various buildings located at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43216-5010, in accordance with the specifications, contract drawing No. 4-473, Appendix A and Appendix B. This project requires the use of specialized skills and equipment. Contractors submitting officers for this project shall have not less than a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in the fire protection field, be licensed fire protection contractors, and have satisfactorily performed work of the types and magnitude required by this project. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $1M and $5M. The Government contemplates the award of a firm-fixed price, one-year indefinite quantity contract resulting from this solicitation. A combined preproposal conference and site inspection will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 9:00 AM (see solicitation for details). This solicitation is "unrestricted".
