DESCRIPTION: SWITCH, ASSEMBLY, NSN: 5930-00-307-8856, BID set available, DSCC Form 239 Dated 25 May 1999 applies, IAW drawing NR 19207 7723494, Ref No. dtd 1990 SEP 29, detailed drawing IAW SPEC number MIL-PRF-11021G, Basic DTD 1996 MAY 16, Amend Nr DTD 19, MS51113-1. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 1000-1249, 1250-1499, 1500-1999, 2000-2499, 2500-4999, and 5000-7499. There is not a surge requirement for this item. Delivery is to be 1000 ea. within 180 days, with 1000 ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed three (3) years. Indefinite Quantity contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic/365 days), 2 ? one year options (730 days).
