- The purpose of this synopsis is to make administrative changes to a previous posting in FebBizOpps on April 23, 2004. Specifically, the administrative changes will: (1) Properly post this action under the FedBizOpps title ?Solicitation?; (2) Clarify the names of the documentation uploaded in order to clearly delineate contents; and (3) Provide the proper file name extension to the SF1449 and the Excel spreadsheet.
