Description

The work consist of removal of existing culverts and installation of new culverts. Work includes: Placement and compaction of surfacing on the roadway over new culvert installations, placing rock armoring and end haul excess waste materials as needed, cleaning out ditchlines and catch basins as needed, seeding, fertilizing, and mulching all disturbed soil areas in project areas. NAICS Code is 237310. Project site is located in Jackson County, Butte Falls Resource Area, Medford District, Oregon. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work date is June 14, 2004, and performance time is 60 calendar days. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for HubZone small business concerns.
