- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)) under the following solicitation number: F64605-03-T-0015. . (iii) This solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-12. (iv) This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 541511, and the small business size standard is $21Million (v) This RFQ contains one line item: Line item 002, each). (vi) This requirement is for 005 KIOSKS (see schedule for complete item description) (vii) The delivery date is 28 May 2004. Delivery location is Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination to Hickam AFB, Hawaii). See solicitation for further details.
