- McConnell AFB KS has a requirement for services to maintain, inspect and repair portable fire extinguishers. All services/installation will be performed at McConnell AFB, KS. The solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard of $6,000,000.00. The solicitation package will be available on or around 19 May 2004, via the Government Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at https://www.eps.gov/.
