- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601-04-T- 0065, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This requirement is TO PROCURE Infrared Camera Services. SIC Code 3812, NAICS Code 334511 Size Standard 750 People. The following are the Necessary Specifications: Image Infrared camera system with high performance Mid-wave thermal imaging and measure system. Required specifications are: 3-5um respone, 30x30 micron pixel size, +1 to 5.25 micron wavelength band, 1% to 98% of frame time integration resolution, 20x10^8 well capacity, 366Hz frame rate, 85% fill factor (high number, high resolution) and the nature in which it will be used to capture thermal profiles (gaussian or multi mode), beam size (microns), incident energy (Joules), operational use for a broad range of wavelengths and the ability to interface with current hardware and software tools.
