This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Very Small Business Concerns, Small Business Administration District is headquartered in New Orleans,LA. (Definition: In accordance with the FAR Part 19.904, an offer may not have more than 15 employees and may not average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million.) Offerors must identify themselves as being a Very Small Business. If there is no offer received by a Very Small Business Concern, this acquisition is then 100% Set-Aside for a Small Business Concern. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, this acquisition for Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bodies. NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETTITION. Date for the receipt of quotes is 27 Apr 2004.
