Description: Provide labor, material, equipment and supervision for re-roofing Builidng "P" at Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center, Hilo, HI. Work shall include, but is not limited to proper preparation of the metal roof and application of fluid-applied, elastomeric roof coatings as well as replacement of existing exhaust stack guy wires, all in accordance with specifications and drawings. This is project is 100% set-aside for emerging, small business (less than $12 million average annual receipts).
