- See notes 1 and 26. NSN: 2910-01-115-1572, Cap, Filler Opening is being bought in accordance with Drawing 19207 and 12273121 and all related documents. Solicitation is for a possible Long Term Contract with an estimated annual quantity of 324 each. Quantities and deliveries are detailed in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of ___May 12, 2004__. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed __5___ years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
