- This is notice that OPM intends to use simplified acquisition procedures to award a purchase order for a three month period on a sole source basis to NCS Pearson 2510 North Dodge Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52240, to provide printing, processing, distribution services, materials and IVR services for Federal Employees’ Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) Annuitant Open Season. Only this responsible source and not other services will satisfy our agency’s requirement. During the three month period of performance of these services, OPM will conduct a competitive procurement to award a new contract as a follow-on to this purchase order. OPM finds it necessary to bridge the current contract to satisfy agency requirements until full and open competition needs are provided for. This notice is for information only, and may represent the only official notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-MAR-2004).
