- This is a modification to the synopsis issued 16 March 2004 under solicitation number H92222-04-R-0024. In the first sentence replace Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) with Electro-Optical System/Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR). Also, please note that the Government may issue a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), H92222-04-R0024, on or about 25 March 2004. The Draft RFP will be posted on this FEDBIZOPS website. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to continually monitor the website to stay informed. Should industry have any question, please contact Mr. John Hayes at hayesd@socom.mil.
