- Description
- The services to be provided are for storage and warehousing operations in support of Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA. This acquisition will be limited to those 8(a) firms that are certified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 493110. Offerors must have management, personnel, equipment and necessary supplies to perform warehousing functions to include but not limited to: receive, pack/crate, store/issue, load and unload Government-owned inbound cargo to support the Command’s customer. Solicitation N00189-04-R-0014 is for a base period (01 April 04 to 31 Mar 05) with four additional one-year options. This solicitation will be issued on or around 06 Feb 2004. All responsible sources must submit pricing and past performance data by 4:00 p.m. on the date the offer is due. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or FEDBIZOPPS at http://ww.fedbizopps.gov. This office will not longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JAN-2004).
