- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR STARDUST CLEANROOM - RFO# NNJ04060551Q: Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to the combined synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is for the following: 1) Extend the due date for receipt for offers. The due date for receipt of offers is extended from May 15, 2004 to May 18, 2004. 2) Correct the email address of Seena K. Mathews, Contract Specialist, to read: seena.k.mathews@nasa.gov 3) Extend the cut-off date for which all contractual and technical questions can be received: not later than May 12, 2004. "All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail or fax) to Seena K. Mathews, Contract Specialist, email address: seena.k.mathews@nasa.gov ; fax number: 281-483-4066, OR Kelly R. Wilcutt, Contracting Officer, email address: kelly.r.wilcutt@nasa.gov ; fax number: 281-483-4173, not later than May 12, 2004. Telephone questions will not be accepted." Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on April 15, 2004.
