- NASA's Advanced Training And Development Course for Small Businesses in Advanced Technologies (TADSBAT) will be held June 15 - 17, 2004, at the Bahia Resort Hotel, 998 West Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, CA 92109. The course, which is a follow-on to the Basic TADSBAT course, focuses entirely on marketing, competitive proposal preparation, and financial and accounting standards as it relates to doing business with NASA. To be eligible for the course, one need only: 1) have taken the basic TADSBAT course or 2) have been in business for at least five (5) years.
