- This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. ITEM 0003: CO2B FOR BULK TANKS . ITEM 0004:CO2 MONTHLY RENTALS (CO2MR50) 8 CYLINDERS: ITEM 0005: CO2C2 CYLINDERS (GAS). ITEM 0006: SUPPLIES AND PARTS TO INCLUDE: CO2 CYLINDERS. SODIUM BICARBONATE, PULSAR PLUS SHOCK, PIULSAR SUNSCREEN POWDER, CALCIUM CHLORITE, ALGAESIDES, REAGENTS, CYNURIC ACID (STABLIZER) CLARIFIERS, IS-3 PLUS, MURIATIC ACID, DIFFUSER ASSEMBLY, STRAINER ASSEMBLY, SCREWS, SPRINGS, LOCK LINAGE, GASKETS AND SAFETY SUPPLIES.
