- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Yale Cordage Inc. The contractor shall provide tested and certified Aracom TD Kevlar slings (57 each). The contractor is the sole manufacturer of these slings. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
