- Description
- Due to Technical Difficulties this was not able to be posted as a Combined synopsis/solicitation. It will be corrected as soon as possible. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Deployable Shelters prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The period of performance for this effort for the basic ID/IQ contract will be for three years from date of award. Anticipated award date is 12 May 2004, subject to the availability of funds. The first Delivery Order (DO) under the ID/IQ will be awarded within forty-five (45) days of the award of the basic contract with a minimum order for four (4) of configuration 6 with anticipated order of twenty-four (24) of configuration 6. The Government is under no obligation to order more than the minimum quantity, which is subject to the availability of funds. Acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1) defines the requirement of this effort. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation N61339-04-R-0037 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-20. This solicitation is not a set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 332311. The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. Proposals are due at 1400 (2:00PM) EST on 29 April 2004 to the attention of Cindy Wood, Contract Specialist, at NAVAIR Orlando, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826. Each offeror will provide an original and 5 copies of the proposal. A copy of the proposal shall also be submitted on a CD-ROM(s). All updates or amendments to this synopsis/solicitation will be posted to the PEO STRI website located at http://www.peostri.army.mil/ , click on PEO STRI Business Opportunities and then PEO STRI Solicitations. No further information will be posted to the FedBizzOpps website.
