Description

The Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement to procure additional spare and repair parts for the EA-6B Prowler Aircraft Improved Capability (ICAP)III Program under contract N00019-98-C-0062 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Bethpage, NY. This requirement will be procured on a sole source basis by modification to contract N00019-98-C-0062. NGC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ICAP III System, and as such, is the only known source with the engineering expertise, source data, facilities, and knowledge to provide the required ICAP III supplies.
