- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Great Lakes Science Center located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has a requirement for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, to include towing, labor and materials, for their research vessel KIYI. The KIYI is 107 feet, weighing approximately 290 tons. This vessel generally operates on Lake Superior and is moored in Ashland, Wisconsin. The equipment list and related clauses will be available as "clauses and attachments" to the Solicitation. (Once you pull up the solicitation on the ideasec website, there are buttons to the left of the screen, one is marked "clauses and attachments"). The NAICS Code for this requirement is 488390. It is anticipated that award of this requirement will be made for one (1) year with four (4) option years. The solicitation 04ERSS0029 will be available on or about April 20, 2004 and will be available electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
