- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for medical supplies. Performance period: From date of award through 30 September 2004 for base year and 1 option year for Banes Jones Army Community Hospital, Fort Polk, LA. This is a firm fixed price contract. These are estimated quantities. When products are requested by the Government, the contract is required to delivery the product within 3 to 5 days after notification. The recommended North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112. Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Provide two (2) firms where you are currently providing the same or s imilar products.
