- The U.S. Army Field Support Command (AFSC), Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL has a requirement under full and open competition for the Army War Reserve Deployment System/Automated Battlebook System (AWRDS/ABS). This requirement includes but is n ot limited to computer automation support and logistical site support at various worldwide locations.
