Description

Y-The DC Air National Guard has a requirement to Repair/Add to Base Supply, Building 3212, Andrews Air Force Base. The work includes but is not limited to construction of 4000 square feet, addition to the existing base supply building. Complete dem olition and renovation of interior Administration and Warehouse spaces. Brick the exterior of the building. New Standing Seam Metal roof and utility upgrades. IFB Number: DAHA49-04-B-0001. The estimated magnitude of construction is $1,000,000.00 and $5, 000,000.00. Solicitaion documents will be issued on or about 04/30/04 on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
